Hastings, N.Y. ― A house fire in Oswego County early Tuesday morning may have been started by a lightning strike, firefighters said.Firefighters were called to 182 French St. at around 5:44 a.m. after receiving reports that the two-story house had possibly been struck by lightning, according to Chief Kevin Pooley of the Hastings Fire Department.
