On Friday, July 4, 2025, before the Human Rights Council in Geneva, the Togolese Yao Agbetse explained his reservations about the organization of the next deadlines, the local elections of 30 August, the holding of which seems to be increasingly uncertain, at the national elections expected at the end of the year.
