GIRARD, Ohio (WKBN) - A North Lima man answered to charges in a fatal crash last November. Joshua Johnston, 37, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, a third-degree felony, and vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony, as well as failure to yield and a seatbelt violation.
