In Bolivia, the general elections (presidential, legislative and senatorial) take place in a month and a half. The electoral campaign is gaining in intensity except in the Tropic of Cochabamba, the fief d'Evo Morales who was unable to run for the presidential election. Indeed, candidates who are not from the Morales party have forbidden to campaign in this region.
