The working climate at the Cégep de l'Outaouais raises such concerns that the school commissioned an external firm to shed light on the situation. Last spring, three unions, teachers, professional staff and support staff, approached the board of directors to denounce the frequent turnover of management staff and instability within the institution. According to the teachers' union, 19 executives had left their positions in the last four years.
