Cedartown Man Jailed for Refusing to turn Down Music

Anthony D Hightower, 62 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after police said he refused to turn his music down. Police stated that Hightower was found shouting very loudly and blasting music from his vehicle. Officers went on to say that when they stopped Hightower on Maple Road and asked him to turn it down, he refused, stating that “they would have to take him to jail”. Source
