HAMMOND – Yesterday, Katie M. Tristan, 41 years old, of Cedar Lake, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Gretchen S. Lund after pleading guilty to bank fraud, announced U.S. Attorney Adam L. Mildred. Tristan was sentenced to 15 months in prison followed by 2 years of supervised release.
