Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds: Secure Border Leading to Fewer Drug Seizures in Iowa

UNITED STATES, JUL 16 – CBP recorded a historic low of 8,024 border apprehensions and a 13% increase in drug seizures, including 742 pounds of fentanyl, reflecting stronger enforcement efforts in June 2025.
