CBI arrests Arunachal Pradesh professor red-handed taking Rs 55,000 bribe

The CBI arrested an Assistant Professor from Arunachal Pradesh while he was accepting a Rs 55,000 bribe for awarding a contract and releasing payments. A private individual linked to a local firm was also arrested in the sting operation.

CBI arrests two in bribery case

ITANAGAR, 24 Jul: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two persons, including an assistant professor from the College of Agriculture, Pasighat (E/Siang), for giving and receiving a bribe of Rs 55,000.
