Cave Springs clerk-treasurer sues city leaders, alleges rights violation

Kimberly Hutcheson, the Clerk-Treasurer of Cave Springs, has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of Cave Springs, Mayor Randall Noblett, several city council members and two police officials. She alleges that city leaders improperly took away her elected responsibilities, blocked her from doing her job and unlawfully detained her and seized city records.
