Cave Spring Man Jailed for Abandoning Dogs
Westley Carl Carter, 56 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he abandoned dogs on the public roadway on Davis Road. Police said that Carter dropped the dogs off on the 600 block and left the scene. Carter is charged with 6 counts abandonment of dogs. Source
