Northside fire leaves building with major damage

No injuries but a north side building had major damage after a fire Thursday evening. Members of the La Crosse Fire Department went to a commercial building in the 300 block of Copeland Avenue just after 7 p.m. Witnesses had called 9-1-1 after seeing smoke coming from the building.
