A young man was killed at around 9:26pm on Wednesday, at 126.4km of the PR-3, in Patillas. The victim was identified as 22-year-old Yadriel Rivas Laboy. According to the police report, Rivas Laboy was driving a Veloce motor on the road, when he was attacked by bullets, losing his life on the spot. Guayama’s Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) Homicide Division investigates.
