Cato Networks Exceeds $415M in ARR Fueled by 42% YoY Growth and Enterprise Demand
Enterprise customers drove Cato Networks past $415 million in recurring revenue, with the cybersecurity company adding more than $60 million in five months.
On Monday, July 27, 2026, Israeli cybersecurity firm Cato Networks reported surpassing $415 million in annual recurring revenue , driven by strong enterprise demand.
Growth reached 42% over the previous year, continuing a trajectory from February when the company recorded $350 million in revenue following 43% annual growth.
During the second quarter, the company signed multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 firms, serving more than 4,800 customers worldwide.
Following the acquisition of Aim Security, Cato shortened the time required to provide protection against new security vulnerabilities to just 45 minutes.
CEO Shlomo Kramer stated, "Surpassing $415 million in ARR validates what we are seeing across the market," as enterprises increasingly adopt cloud-native platforms for AI-driven security.
