In merit to the auction of land that the Regional Government of Tacna intends to carry out, including the land called Apertac today with unresolved legal pending, the lawyer Santos Pablo Agama has highlighted the importance of the cassation N° 3189-2022 of North Lima, a judgment of the plenary cassatory that establishes a fundamental criterion: public land should not be auctioned or handed over to non-profit associations, but to companies.
