OVER the last two years, the number of dental surgeries offering NHS dental appointments in the area have decreased, with some constituents writing to me that they haven’t had a dental appointment in over three years.

Cass County Health Foundation opens new dental clinic

Cass Community Health Foundation celebrated the opening of its new dental clinic at 1000 E. Markey Parkway in Belton, Missouri at a May 27 ribbon cutting. The clinic provides oral health services for children and youth up to age 20 in who receive Medicaid or lack insurance. The Foundation opened the first safety net dental clinic in Belton in 2011.
