Casper to spend much of Saturday under red flag warning

CASPER, Wyo. — Hot, dry and windy conditions have prompted the National Weather Service to declare a red flag warning in the Casper area on Saturday, advising of an elevated risk of fires. The red flag warning will go into effect at noon and last until 8 p.m. today.
