Carrot is 2026 Veggie of the Year

BAXTER — First graders around Crow Wing County are learning to eat their vegetables and how to grow them at home, too. The One Vegetable, One Community initiative from Crow Wing Energized started six years ago and aims to promote healthy eating, physical activity and mental wellness.
