- After the sudden leadership change in July, Glowienka became interim co-president with Bishop Austin Vetter when Dr. William Ruud, previously named successor, stepped down.
- During her tenure at Carroll she helped secure approximately $1.5 million in research grants, and college leaders and students praised her leadership and inspiring vision, Glowienka said.
- The Board of Trustees unanimously approved Glowienka's appointment, and she will finish the current academic year as co-president with Bishop Austin Vetter before assuming full presidency on July 1, 2026.
- Aligning with her stated priorities, Glowienka's appointment follows last week's online expansion plan, with Carroll College enrolling nearly 1,135 students and employing about 390 staff.
