HARDWICK – On December 10, sometime shortly before 4:14 p.m., the Hardwick Police located a crashed vehicle on Slapp Hill Road while on patrol in the area. The vehicle had exited the westbound lane of travel and struck a fire hydrant in the area of 122 Slapp Hill. The operator had left the scene of the crash prior to police arrival.
