Capital City Names New City Manager

St. John’s has a new city manager. Derek Coffey, who had been serving as acting city manager since the beginning of January, has been placed in that position permanently. Coffey has been working with the city for over 23 years, and has worked in several senior roles during that time. Coffey replaces Kevin Breen in the role. Breen retired last month after several weeks on leave, the reasons for which have not been publicly disclosed
