French IT Giant Capgemini Sells Subsidiary After Row over ICE Links

- French Economy and Finance Minister Roland Lescure previously demanded clarity on the company's United States activities. Capgemini argued that legal constraints prevented "proper control over certain aspects of this subsidiary's operations."
- Capgemini, which generated 22.5 billion euros in 2025, operates in around fifty countries. The sale allows the company to resolve federal contracting conflicts while continuing global operations.
