JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — Flags at all Cape Girardeau County-owned buildings will be flown at half-staff this weekend to honor longtime county coroner John Clifton, officials announced. The Cape Girardeau County Commission said flags will be lowered from Friday, Aug. 22, until dusk on Sunday, Aug. 24.
