After participating in an open dialogue with the six candidates for office at the UN General Assembly in New York, last week, former president Michelle Bachelet will be part of a new debate. Headquartered in Montevideo, this time the five candidates from Latin America and the Caribbean will meet at the highest level of the international organization.
