Candace Cameron Bure welcomed her first grandchild after Bond Leo was born 10 weeks early and spent 5 weeks, 5 days in the hospital.
On Sunday, September 27, Candace Cameron Bure became a grandmother after her son Lev Bure and wife Elliott Bure welcomed their newborn son, Bond Leo.
Elliott revealed via Instagram that Bond Leo arrived 10 weeks early, weighing exactly 3 lbs and requiring immediate transfer to the NICU following the premature birth.
After 5 weeks and 5 days in the hospital, the family brought their newborn home; Elliott thanked the medical staff for their "incredible care" during the stay.
Candace, who planned to be called "CandyGram," has referred to her first grandchild as a "miracle baby" in her enthusiastic response to the birth.
The couple married in January 2024 with Candace and husband Valeri in attendance, then announced their pregnancy in May 2026, marking a milestone for the Full House alum.
