Can Cuba keep the lights on?

Cuba used to depend on Venezuela for more than one third of its oil, according to energy industry analysts. But with the socialist country now under de facto American control, Havana has lost its biggest oil supplier. To make matters worse, President Trump is threatening to impose tariffs on any country that “directly or indirectly provides oil to Cuba.” CNN’s Patrick Oppmann reports.
