Calvert starts search for successor to retiring city admin, police chief

CALVERT CITY — Calvert City needs to hire successors to City Administrator John Ward and Police Chief Mike Cannon before Jan. 1. Mayor Gene Colburn announced the pending vacancies at Monday night’s city council meeting.
