The town council awards for 42,000 euros this system of low impact in Cantal Roig and the Fossa to avoid the deterioration of the marine habitat caused by the anchors.
The City Council of Calp plans to install soon low impact anchoring systems on the beaches of Cantal Roig and the Fossa in order to protect the meadows of Posidonia. In this way, the boats will be able to moor their anchors in these anchors avoiding the deterioration caused by the traditional anchoring on this marine habitat, considered key to biodiversity and water quality.
