Activision has officially announced the next mainline entry in the Call of Duty series, Modern Warfare 4, and it's slated to release later this year.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be released on October 23 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2. It is the first Call of Duty of this console generation not to be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
