New 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4' Moves the Frontlines to Korea
The campaign follows a North Korean offensive, and multiplayer adds 12 new 6v6 maps plus a new DMZ extraction mode.

- Captain John Price returns as a rogue agent in the campaign, which follows Private Park, a young grunt soldier, with operations spanning international theaters including night raids in Mumbai and high-speed pursuits through Paris.
- Multiplayer launches with 12 new core 6v6 maps, dedicated Gunfight arenas, and Big War zones for vehicle combat, while Activision teased the DMZ mode as a player-versus-player-versus-AI extraction experience.
- The title launches Oct. 23 for $69.99 on Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, PCs, and Nintendo Switch 2, marking the first time in over a decade a new Call of Duty game appears on a Nintendo platform.
