Family members of detainees, human rights defenders, students, workers and citizens called for a silent march in Caracas on Wednesday May 20 to denounce deaths in the regime's custody and demand guarantees for persons deprived of their liberty in Venezuela. The mobilization will depart from the Plaza Venezuela Fountain at 10:30 a.m. and advance to the Ministry's headquarters for the Prison Service, located in El Rosal, Chacao municipality.
