Due to new massacres in Guayaquil and several provinces, and between reports of attacks against fishermen in the high seas by U.S. aircraft, the President of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, will apply as of 3 May another curfew, “recognizing the results of law enforcement during the past state of emergency”, which, according to official data, reduced to 30 percent the rates of insecurity.
