Byron Bay Cookies has launched a Protein Plus Cookie range coinciding with the brand’s 35th anniversary.  Each 60g individually wrapped cookie contains 16g to 18g of protein and 5g to 6g of fibre.  According to the company, the range contains approximately 45 per cent less sugar and 60 per cent less carbohydrates than the company’s original cookie line.  The series features three flavours: White Choc Macadamia, Milk Choc Chunk, and Triple Choc. …
