“The strategic expansion is a direct response to the overwhelming customer interest in the existing BYD Sealion 7 variants,” said Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India.

BYD India introduced the SEALION 7 Dynamic variant at Rs 41.90 lakh. This new model offers a 71.8 kWh battery and a 520 km NEDC range. Buyers receive festive benefits including a complimentary home charger and extended warranty. The SEALION 7 has already sold over 4,000 units in India. BYD India operates 49 showrooms across 40 cities with significant investment.
