The Ministry of Justice has initiated disciplinary proceedings against the Grasser lawyer Dieter Böhmdorfer at the Vienna Bar Association. A spokesman for Minister of Justice Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) confirmed to the APA the corresponding reports of "press" and "standard". The reason is that Böhmdorfer's claims that "many files go to the media immediately" in the judiciary, which would undermine his trust in the rule of law, according to the Ministry.
