Police Regional Office 3 has safely rescued a 59-year-old businessman who was kidnapped in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija yesterday morning. Based on initial investigation, three suspects forcibly abducted the victim and held him at gunpoint when he arrived at his warehouse. The suspects also took the victim’s red pick-up truck.
