Campaigners go for a walk to celebrate anniversary of new Wiveliscombe bus service

THE first anniversary of a restored Wiveliscombe to Wellington bus service has been celebrated with a ‘bus walk’ by campaigners.

Bus users mark anniversary of Wivey-Welly service - Around Wellington

The Wivey-Welly Bus User Group and friends celebrated the one-year anniversary of the restored bus service between the two towns with a ‘Bus Walk’. Participants travelled to West Buckland on the No 27 and back to Langford Budville, talking with passengers about their experience of the bus. From Langford Budville, they then walked to Tonedale.
