London - New British Prime Minister Andy Burnham will deliver his first speech to the British parliament today, which will meet for the first time since mid-July, when the summer parliamentary recess began. According to The Independent, since taking office in July, Burnham's personal and government approval ratings have risen sharply, with Burnham's party overtaking the populist Reform UK in the polls for the first time since April 2025.
