Very serious situation in the Ourensas localities of Petín, A Rúa and Vilamartín, in the region of Valdeorras, after the fire of Larouco that expands without control in the region on a day of alert due to heat and with very complicated wind. The neighbors received notice of Civil Protection to protect themselves in their homes against the advance of the fire. Several villages have to be evicted.
They burned a landfill and a component factory in the region, causing a toxic cloud. Rail traffic on the León line was also interrupted.
