A Burien Police Deputy’s quick observation helped trigger a rapid response to a fast-spreading apartment fire in SeaTac on May 20, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO).The deputy spotted a fire at an apartment complex and reported that it was spreading quickly.
