Not everyone is to benefit from the new e-car support and not everyone is the same: the Bundestag approves a premium that is staggered and with a ceiling on income.
If you buy a new e-car, you can get money from the state in the future. At least 1,500 euros and a maximum of 6,000 euros are possible - retroactively at the beginning of the year. That is what the Bundestag has decided.
As planned, the new support programme for electric cars can be used retroactively for registrations since the beginning of the year. This was decided by the Bundestag in Berlin.
The legal basis is decided: For cars with electric drive subsidies can be applied for. Families winks an extra premium. And also households with less than 60,000 euros annual income get once more more money.
Consumers are expected to be able to receive up to 6,000 euros in the purchase of e-cars under certain conditions from May onwards. That is what the Bundestag has decided.
Depending on the car model and income, the premium can amount to 1500 to 6000 euros. An additional support should be given to families.
