Brighton building stats for month of June saw a bit of a slowdown compared to the same time in 2024. The Brighton building stats are out for June, showing a slowdown in construction. Sixteen building permits were issued in June, compared to 18 in June of 2024. So far this year, 86 permits have been issued compared to 85 at the same time last year. While the number of permits hasn’t changed very much, the value of the permits has dropped.
