MENOMONIE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) - A building has been reduced to rubble after a fire in downtown Menomonie.  Just after ten pm on May 20th, a fire started in the building that housed Town and Country Antiques and apartments on the corner of East Third and Main Streets.
