BuhaWind’s 2,000-MW project cleared for pre-dev’t work - BusinessWorld Online

BUHAWIND Energy Northern Luzon Corp. (BENLC) said it has secured an environmental compliance certificate (ECC) for the pre-development phase of its 2,000-megawatt (MW) offshore wind power project in Ilocos Norte.
