(WIVB) -- A Buffalo man is facing animal cruelty charges after a dog was hospitalized for skull fractures and other serious injuries back in May, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said. Officials said Deandre Rogers, 30, allegedly hit a 9-year-old chihuahua named "Bella" inside a Geary Street residence on May 10.
