Buffalo Council Approves GTI Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat
Buffalo’s City Council, at their recent meeting, approved the GTI Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat on a unanimous vote. Mayor Shane Schrader made the request of the council. According to discussion, the subdivision is within one mile of the city limits, requiring both Johnson County and the city to approve it. County Planner Jim Waller said the plat proposes a 3-lot commercial subdivision just off of TW Road east of Buffalo.
