Brown honored for service to Brewton citizens

Brewton Mayor Yank Lovelace bestowed an honor on Councilor Carrie Brown Monday as one of his final public actions as the city’s mayor. Brown, who served as the District 1 Councilor for the City of Brewton for the past nine years, was honored with a plaque as she ends her service to the city.
