Brother of Rams Star Puka Nacua Arrested for Allegedly Taking Adou Thiero's SUV
Two 27-year-olds, including Rams WR Puka Nacua's brother, were charged after an SUV belonging to Lakers forward Adou Thiero was tracked and recovered by sheriff’s deputies.
- Samson Nacua, the brother of Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, was taken into custody with Trey Rose over the weekend for allegedly taking an SUV reported to belong to Lakers forward Adou Thiero.
- Deputies tracked the SUV to the One Hotel on Sunset Boulevard after it was electronically traced to the 8400 block, where hotel valet service parked the vehicle and security footage identified the suspects.
- Records show the suspects were booked between 3 and 4 a.m. and released later that day under California Penal Code Section 849.
- Both men face a charge of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said, and authorities urged tips to West Hollywood Station detectives at 310-855-8850.
- The episode compounds an already turbulent week for the Nacua family as Samson Nacua, former UFL player suspended in April, and Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, face criticism after recent off-field incidents and livestream controversies.
