BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Following the recent thunderstorm, the Broome County 911 land service line has gone offline and is currently down. The storm contained hail and heavy winds, shutting down the line. People are encouraged to call 911 using their cellphone.
