Brooklyn kindergarteners perform ‘A House for Hermit Crab’

Summary by Oregon Observer
Paula Slattery's kindergarten class at Brooklyn Elementary recently put their acting and singing skills on display while performing Eric Carle's "A House for Hermit Crab.” Students read the book, and then spent three weeks practicing for the play, both at school and at home. “It was a great way to end the week before Spring Break,” Slattery wrote in an email to the Observer last week.
